Let me tell you a quick story...

Let me tell you a quick story about my continuous struggle with self-confidence and weight issues. I did not even know that I had a problem related to my metabolism.

It's an inevitable dilemma, for our body's metabolism, both male and female.

Whether you like it or not, thousands of years of evolution have conditioned the body to alter hormones at different stages of life. But importantly, in today's technology led environment, we subject ourselves to sleep-depriving practices that have an impact on our health, well-being and, even our weight. It adds undue stress to our daily lives.

It was at this time I was really struggling with my weight and I was in no control of my health. I felt irritable and tired most days and was gaining weight without real reason, resulting in higher stress levels.

Desperation sets in...

Until recently, I was getting more and more frustrated and desperate with either a lack of confidence or not fully committing to a plan of action for myself. I had tried slogging away at exercise, trying yo-yo diets and meal plans...all had failed. I also realized that doing it on my own , in my living room, in isolation, was not that motivating.

The Discovery...

I was out with my husband in late January for dinner at one of our favorite Italian restaurants (before COVID-19 restrictions were imposed). There, we met up with an old friend that we hadn't seen in a long time.

As we spoke, she told me about her discovery of what was causing her to slow down her metabolism over the years and how she had addressed it.

This is when she introduced me (and my husband) to an after-dinner ritual that had powerful effects on us. She learned this valuable ritual from John Barban, author of the very famous "The Venus Factor," who also has a Masters in Human Biology and Nutrition from the University of Guelph (Ontario, Canada).
At that point, everything changed for us! I discovered the power to boost my metabolism. My sleep and stress patterns, overall feelings of well being and happiness improved.

The Outcome...

Now, I'm feeling healthy, keeping the weight off and sleeping so well; I wake up with more vigor .

I have the energy to keep up with my children.

I do not need caffeine/energy drinks to get through the work day.

My skin and hair look and feel rejuvenated and healthy.
